Just steps from Lake Champlain, this classic Colchester summer camp has been reimagined as a space for family vacations! The single level, 3 bedroom home gives you an opportunity to enjoy the lake life in Vermont.
This home is perfect for families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The home is just a few minutes from downtown Burlington and UVM, but outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Situated along Mallet’s Bay, the camp has access to over 100’ of sandy beach down a set of stairs. Kayak, sunbathe, swim, or fish off the dock — then walk across the road back to your house to enjoy a quiet evening in with views of the lake.
The kitchen is outfitted with everything you’d need. The two queen beds, bunk beds, and futon provide plenty of places to rest.
